dear, don't be sad. there will be lots of pictures plus a long report. :) I missed the last ringcon due to urgent family business, and I'm very happy that I can manage to go there now.

I'll keep you posted, no worries. :) would be great if you could come to ringcon, but overall, I'd say that seeing new zealand might be more interesting :)

I'll not be making any clear decisions until August/September. I'll have to learn a lot more about both options before I can make any informed decisions.

NZ is kinda fun ... or so they tell me :P. 'Course my advice in this matter is rather skewed by the fact I've lived here all my life but I'd be inclined to say put off the trip and go to the con ... course I'm probably never going to get the chance to go to something like ring con :P *sigh*
