I give you a quicky: Javert/Valjean; ache

"Ouch...Damn it all Valjean! Wall climbing is not a suitable Friday night activity. I get to choose next week."
"And what is your idea of suitable, drinking tea?"
"Shut up."

I long to write you something longer, but i don't have enough time right now. Let this tasty morsel tide you over.

Olivia of Twelfth Night, please, if you are so inclined. Word is "sparkle."

As my lady wishes: Olivia; sparkle

He watched her as she danced in the light rain, unaware he was watching. It sparkled in her hair and glistened against her skin as she laughed. She and her brother and done that often as children.

He had never watched her then, but now he couldn't take his eyes away.

Hope you like it!

Ooh. Not particularly crack-ish, I suppose, but ...

Fandom: Dracula
Character: Van Helsing
Word: Familiarity

I can crack out anything. You get two versions, first the straight, then the crack: Van Helsing; familiarity

Straight:
He had worked with everything throught his life. He was a doctor, a philosopher, a teacher, a writer, and much more. But in the end, when so many of his colleages, students, and friends gathered to decide how best to engrave the stone above his grave, it was a nervous English man with tousled hair who summed it up best.

"Familiar with all, he knew what was most important."

Crack:
He had worked with everything throught his life. He was a doctor, a philosopher, a teacher, a writer, and much more. But now, he realized that perhaps there was one thing he had not spent enough time learning to understand. He needed help, and there was only one place to turn.

Arthur and Quincy stared at Seward in disbelief. Seward handed them his mentor's letter. "I don't see what's so shocking," he muttered. "I needed help with my first date too."

Okay, so those were longer than a line. But they were amusing...right?

... you win so very much.

Seriously. Both the serious and the crack are wonderful, and-- and that improved my mood more than you can possibly know.
