Good paragraph. Strong rythm and flavor. Slightly creepy. You've got me wondering who's watching her and why.

I'm a strong believer in sentence fragments, so of course I'm going to recommend you take "She's" out of the last sentence. :) Everyone's got an opinion, though. Feel free to ignore mine :)
