REQUIREMENTS: To participate in the exchange, you must have written at least 1500 words in any fandom.
ETA: I realize I was pretty unclear/varying on this! I'm really sorry! I want to let lots of people sign up so the requirement is going to be "you must have written at least 1500 words in a fandom". I know some people haven't written many long fics; I just want there to be enough material to use for an erasure. :)
HOW TO: You sign up using the form at the bottom of this post, we assign you an author, and you pick work from their specified fandoms to erase. Total text you are working from must be at least 1500 words. You can put pieces together to make a larger body of text if you want. There is no length requirement, min or max, for your final erasure.
When signing up, list as many fandoms as possible that you’d be willing to erase from. We like to match people up with what they know but because this is multifandom that's not always possible.
In theory, the fandom you erase doesn't matter, because the erasure you’re producing doesn’t have to have anything to do with that fandom. You're working with a text; anything outside the text doesn't have to matter. For example , I am going to say any fandom in my signup form as well as listing the fandoms I'd like to erase.
TIMELINE: Signups open till Saturday December 3 @ midnight.
Assignments sent within the week (Sunday Dec 4 - Saturday Dec 10 at the latest)
Deadline: 4-5 weeks after assignments are sent out, on Saturday January 7 @ midnight - post your erasures to this community (join to post) by then
