Ron sighed before stepping into the potions classroom. Why of all people did it have to be Snape that tutored him? Of course the bloke was good at potions but his attitude was anything but. If Ron didn't have to worry about his potions grade, he would be as far away from this guy as possible. The guy just kind of creeped him out and always gave him dirty looks like he'd done some horrible injustice.

"Hey," He said awkwardly as he set his text and other supplies on a nearby desk.

Severus eyed Ron for a moment. He wouldn't have offered any such thing as tutoring to the boy's friends. The Granger girl was obviously an annoying busy-body, and Snape couldn't even look at Potter Jr. without an overflowing feeling of hatred welling up.
But Percy, for a Gryffindor at least, was tolerable enough most of the time. Severus would see if this Weasley managed to maintain that, though Snape wouldn't hold his breath.

"I trust you've brought your class notes. Compare them to this and pick the potions you want to focus on." Severus got right to the point, handing over the pre-prepared list. "It's a list of acceptable OWL evaluation potions. As such whichever ones you've covered so far in class are the ones most likely to appear in your term-end evaluation."

He repressed a sigh and quickly compared his notes to the list. After a minute or two he'd found which ones on the list were in his notes.

"So I've got draught of peace, strengthening solution, a beffudlement draught and a few others. I think those three are the main ones though." He was content that he wasn't getting any grief from Snape though he was lucky he hadn't forgotten anything. Something told him Severus would definitely not be happy if that had happened.

Severus nodded, he remembered those being covered as well, so they were fairly important. Though the befuddlement draft was covered in a far different way then the others. "Then we'll focus on those three starting with the Strengthening Solution. Before you find it in your textbook and we start analyzing and brewing it, can you think of a good reason why we are starting with this solution over the other potions you listed?" Severus quizzed. The brew time of this potion alone meant it was far more likely to come up on the theoretical section of an exam then the practical. Such facts would be useful to remember, thus he would make sure they stuck.

[[OOC: Something tells me Ron is going to feel like he went through the ringer after this. XD]]
