James might just have been doomed. He had been stumbling through the castle for what seemed like hours. Maybe it had been. He wouldn't bloody know, would he? He couldn't see his watch. He couldn't see bloody anything. He'd been down to the dungeons once already. How he'd gotten there by going UP every set of stairs he could find, he would never know. But he had been. He was bruised and battered and just generally irritated.
And Sirius Black was going to die as soon as James found him. Slowly and painfully.
