As for the plumping.. even *I* knew that... Ugh. I can see that causing some issues, to say the least.

Apologies for the all-caps, but... seriously. Each time you deal with them, you run the risk of ending up in a situation that is at best, expensive or at worst, quite dangerous.
Going to them again is like returning to a restaurant the day after recovering from food poisoning, and ordering the same dish.
