...or whatever else it would take to slap some common-sense into them.

I took the F-150 into the dealership yesterday to get that power-line connected for recharging the trailer battery.  They called back several hours later to say that it actually had been originally connected, but that there was a relay (R05) required on the fuse-panel ( Read more... )

Yeah, I'd drop a formal letter of complaint to GM - those people shouldn't be allowed near anything more complicated than a can opener.

As for the plumping.. even *I* knew that... Ugh. I can see that causing some issues, to say the least.

In any case, to reassure you faith in the universe, I present to you a story of a happy little Mini. Watch the video! http://www.abc3340.com/Global/story.asp?S=14302961

If you allow them access to can openers they might end up killing themselves by accident, but then again, that might be a good thing for the universe at large.

See comment on previous journal about NEVER EVER LETTING ANYONE FROM THAT DEALERSHIP WORK ON YOUR TRUCK AGAIN.

Apologies for the all-caps, but... seriously. Each time you deal with them, you run the risk of ending up in a situation that is at best, expensive or at worst, quite dangerous.

Going to them again is like returning to a restaurant the day after recovering from food poisoning, and ordering the same dish.

In our house, whoever did it put a stack for every single U-joint, but didn't re-use the ones from the prior plumbing. So the roof over the bathroom has a half-dozen pipes sticking out of it.

But the septic tank isn't vented, and instead burps out horrible gas every once in awhile. *sigh*

your truck tech, sounds kinda like one of the IT guys i get to deal with. I had an issue with my RSA tag, instead of issuing me a new tag (which is easy to do) the tech checks all my password and pin protected stuff.... hey s*&^ head.. my RSA tag is dead, my passwords and pins are all fine..... wow.. what else are you going to discover that isn't to code?
