Sounds YUM. Didn't think bouillabaisse would be easy, but like anything, guess its how much you want to slave over it.

it was! i was surprised actually.

there was the big step of making the stock first but some recipes seem to say you can skip that if you have enough variety of sea creatures so that cut down the time abit. that said, god knows what i was doing..i spent about 3 hrs plus just mucking about in the kitchen generating that stuff. :)
