There are lots of equestrian events on tv if you have dish network with Ride tv and HRtv. Lol

We're too cheap to pay for TV. That and we don't watch enough to really justify the cost.

Our internet speed is only 256K, which is almost 5x faster than 56k dial-up (what we used to have), but still much too slow to make streaming a viable option.

Ours is not fast... That's why we pay for tv rather than stream. I rarely stream things, but late at night when the hubby is asleep and thus not using the internet seems to be a good time to do it. Lol

FIOS cancelled RFDTV. And I agree, the US is awful at equestrian coverage. I checked the schedule and the equestrian games are scheduled for 9am. I am hoping at least one of the sports channels will have recaps. I'm trying to find a broadcast schedule. And I hope they'll be on the internet as well. I plan on watching as much as I can find, broadcasted.

That's sad that RFDTV is no more. I heard they had a lot of good programs.

The first line on this post is a link to NBC's Equestrian broadcast schedule. A lot of them are on USA, but there are a couple on the regular NBC and also MSNBC.

Same here on trying to watch as much as possible. My in-laws are my neighbors and have satellite so I might be able get some more in than I wold otherwise.

I'll be watching as much as possible, DVRing what comes on too late or early and will probably stream coverage of cross country day from BBC, which is what I did last summer Olympics. Their coverage is complete, and the announcer doesn't make me cringe every few seconds the way the Americans do. "He almost fell off!" etc. LOL
