She does a lot of work with fear.
For me, oddly, accepting the fact that I WILL fall off a horse eventually is better than trying to prevent it. If I get nervous about what a horse might do, I say to myself, "Oh well, I'll fall off this one anyway."
Also, sometimes a "good fall" is confidence building. If you fall off and it doesn't hurt and you just hop back on, it is like, 'hey! no biggie!"
