I for one like that it's comic-based for once. I don't think we've seen a proper comic theme since 2008. I'll be getting the doll for sure, but I'll have to see the figure in person before I decide. Especially with that price tag. I wonder how big it is... (She reminds me a lot of Clawdeen from MH. The colors, heh.)

Yeah, I agree. It is a really random character but perfectly on theme for a comic convention.

There will be a SDCC eight page Power Ponies Equestria Girls crossover comic. This eight page crossover will also be in the 40 page Power Ponies comic in the MLP:FIM annual.

Arena people are, as a general whole really upset with it. I think people are still hoping to get G1 stuff, which... seems a pretty farfetched dream since FiM is so very hot right now.
I personally think it's pretty cool, especially if the hair is bendy, but I wouldn't pay $50 for it. Half that, sure. Wish I could get Spike on his own!

EQG dolls have never been my thing, but the outfit they chose for the doll is really awesome looking. I'm not about to start collecting those though! Still a lil too creepy for me.

Put into a different perspective: only a true collector or very niche fan would want this. Normal fans can make do with all the other dolls; these are only for the most obsessive ones! YEAAAAAH!

See, I like all of those and am glad now that none of them are a convention exclusive because who wants to pay those secondary market prices?
