My only thought - the added "tears" around the 20 second mark feel ... cheesy. Inappropriate? Like it's playing too much to the 'Pinkamina is like me because she's so deep and dark like the blackness of my SOUL' contingent of the fandom. Pinkie Pie isn't a dark personality - people are having some really bad cases of projection with her. Pinkie having one episode where she was sad =/= depressed character.
Otherwise, it's cute. I could see it being a Hub commercial, minus the random "SUDDENLY, DEPRESSION!" bit. They'd have to get rights for the song, of course, and that might be problematic.

I have to agree. The whole crying Pinkie thing just adds to the fact that someponies think that our bubbly, happy-go-lucky gal has a dark exterior that can easily snap and show at any second is just silly.
