How to make this icon:
(easy to learn - 4 steps)
Crop your image, resize it to 100x100.
Duplicate the base and sharpen the layer, and set it to Screen, opacity 100%.
Go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color
Red:

Neutrals:

-17
Add this texture ans set it to Screen.
