So it's almost 2009. I suppose that means it's time for the obligatory annual looking-back-on-the-year post. 2008 was a strange year. In some ways it was very good and in others it was just sort of lukewarm. I'm heading to a party tonight and it should be a good time, but I can't say I feel particularly excited. I just started knitting about 3 months ago - best thing that has ever happened. knittinghelp.com is a fabulous website, you can literally teach yourself. And then you can make cool things that you can be proud of!
Also - check out ravelry.com.....it's a beta site but if you apply for a password then you can have access to loads of free, cool patterns.
