now i am free and the world's at my feet

You know, my main problem all of my life (imo) has been my indecisiveness. I can hardly make a decision and then carry it out. Today has not been that day nor do I think tomorrow or the day after but one day I will make a big decision and carry it though.

As it stands I'm going to finish something I started in 2009 :X

so I tried to watch 100 previously unseen movies in 2009 and write about them )

recommendations, movies

The 400 Blows is my fourth favourite film (no pun intended)!!!!!!!!!!111111oneoneone I love it so much, I AM Antoine, the misunderstood soul, haha. And the ending was AMAZE.

I watched Apocalypse Now because Brando is my favourite actor, but yeah... no. Plus he was fat and fug in it.

I cried during the four-minute vignette at the start of Up ;____; I was not expecting that.

And I love Almodovar, he was my topic for my Spanish oral in high school and I learnt one word "violacion" and used it like 10 times during the conversation, the examiner must have thought I was obsessed with rape. :D Have you seen Talk to Her? It's an acquired taste, but I think you'll like it.

I agree with nachojeez's most recent comment.

I haven't watched any Korean movies that I would highly recommend yet, but I've only watched three so far.

Still working through HP. Someone wonderful just died and now I'm on book 7. :-/

Glad you're back into running! I've been out of commission here, for various reasons.

I wonder what you thought B.O.'s state of the union?

Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance looks interesting... hadn't heard of it.

~Welcome to DongMakGol
A highly experimental war movie. Truly bizarre, in a playful way.
~I Like It Hot (AKA, Hellcats)
A controversial movie by Korean standards. Sort of subdued by American standards.
~A Tale of Two Sisters
A devastating horror flick. It made me depressed. You could probably handle it fine, though. Apparently there's an American remake called The Uninvited?

Well into HP7, and am secretly glad that Ron just stormed off from the tent. I think they're heading for Godric's Hollow now.

Long story short, I'm trying to convert to minimalist footwear when running (i.e. the sandals I wore at graduation, flaps of rubber tied to my foot with leather straps, you might recall) and I cannot wear those in the bitter Korean winter. On top of that, my left achilles tendon has been weirdly painful for the past couple weeks.
