Diving is dangerous, even without getting in the water. Last night while sorting out the equipment for Sunday's diving adventure, I was loading the gear into the trailer. I think I'm going to be out of action on the rock climbing front for quite a while as I don't think it'll heal very quickly. Diving (usually) is a low impact sport so I hope that's still doable because I'd like to get at least the one dive in Melbourne this Summer.

Apart from that, i already know that I should be resting it, and while I'm definitely not going to rock climb or run for a long time (just the thought of putting climbing shoes on is painful), I think relaxed diving might be ok.
I just thought of this now though - when i'm trying to be careful with how I move my flippers so i don't stir up sediment I can end up with leg cramps. I'll have to be careful that I'm not tensing my legs in strange ways.

Ideally you should be keeping your legs straight, but I can't do that on the surface, I pull with my knees :P
