I still read way too much. I am kind of doing better -- I stuck to my budget, mostly out of desperate necessity. I have a routine for cleaning the house. I regularly cook actual, nutritious food and eat it

Don't beat yourself up too much - you still did some great things, and made some progress on things you might not have. I'm very envious of your word count (considering I aimed for 130K and only made 94K), and writing a whole novel for Nano is outstanding!

I'm pretty sure that reading too much is an impossibility. if that makes you happy, why not?

you did great things, and your word count is amazing. You've always been very hard on yourself, I think.
