I have a Western accent. I didn't even know there was such a thing. We just talk the way people do on TV. :)

Indeed. I don't think there's a western accent, either. There's regionalisms and of course there's Valley Girl but that's about it.

Ha! I did this last night and apparently I'm from New York. Not New Jersey or anywhere, but NY City.

Which is all the more funny considering where I'm actually from and how little I sound like a New Yorker! ;-)

When I first talked to you on the phone I thought "Midwestern accent" for sure. Now that I've talked to you in person I can hear the L.A. influence, though. Like, just a teensy bit of Valley Girl snuck in there, like, totally teensy.
