I decided to do the feedback challenge at lostsquee mostly because lenina20 left me such a lovely and detailed feedback that pretty much made my whole day, and made me realize that I could do the same for someone else

Wow, that's such a shame. :-/ I know that some fics that aren't on LJ anymore are still at lostfic.com, but that's definitely not the case for a lot of fic that's just gone forever. :-/

But still, the fb challenge is a blast! lenina20 also let me an amazing comment today! :)

That lenina20 sure gets around! ;) It's kind of good that lostfic.com is still around for the older stuff there, even though as a site it kind of disintegrated awhile ago.

Isn't lenina20 great? She did the same to me today. It's actually an unexpectedly wonderful feeling to get feedback on fics that are so old you've kind of forgotten about them. I'm glad Z started this challenge. I think it's going to be really cool. :)

I didn't know that - other than Kathy's fic, and lunadatura's I haven't encountered that so much. That's really sad.

I was totally surprised, too. Like you, there's a few people I think of as being gone. Apparently there's a lot more, people whose names I didn't recognize because they haven't been active in ages.
