Yeah, Jack/Sawyer pretty much made the episode for me, simply because they haven't put these two in the same damn scene all season, and that is like...sacrilege, or something equally terrifying.
And Claire's mother woke up? Gee, let's talk about bad storylines.
The storyline with Claire's mother is beyond ridiculous. I started wondering if they'd put her in the coma so she wouldn't know Claire was pregnant and call their bluff, but that makes NO sense at all.
This is what keeping me waiting for, what, like, a year? will do. I will squee over breadcrumbs. The other sides of the infernal triangle don't know how good they've got it.) *sigh* No, honey, you've got the best side.
Jack and Sawyer were kind of the best part of this ep for me and I don't think I realized how much I missed their relationship. Even mom sat up and went, "They work SO well together, sucks that the triangle's destroyed every member of it."
I know it's the best side. That sounds smug, but it never comes up in the shipper wars, which are so freaking intense I'm glad I don't really have to deal with them.
Jack and Sawyer are just good together, regardless. It's silly how hard they work to keep them apart when they're fun to watch.

Seriously, the glee meter went THROUGH THE ROOF when Sawyer went after him. Something just felt right with the world again.
