The Ana connection broke me. It was painful to think of the connection to an angry woman who died such a violent death, especially in connection to how useless Sawyer feels, how out of place. There is no safe place for him here in the real world, the winds stirring up all sorts of dangerous thoughts in his mind.

Sometimes you just have to ride out those moods, wait for the winds to calm down. Loved it.

Seeing Ana's old partner in BOE missing her made me think of this story and how haunting it is, like the natural forces of the island finding him even here. I think her mother would end up crossing paths with a Lostie like this too.
The voice really captures what's inside Sawyer's head.
