This was very suggestive.

and this part was heartbreaking:
Jack's still in his head, must be, because he takes him in his arms. Holds him, tight. An embrace. Comfort. What he needed as a boy, as that boy, the one scared and hiding under the bed. For a moment he gives in to it.
thinking about Sawyer's lack of embraces as a kid...*snuggles Sawyer*

Oh my I was expecting just a normal kinky threesome kinda stuff and you knocked me almost out with this sucker! I loved how you chose Sawyer to tell the story and how he's drawn to both of them so differently. It's AU but in this it's very canon. How Jack would offer him forgiveness he can't take. That's very much Jack and Sawyer to me.

As he sends her soaring, they're fighting, trying not to think about Jack.

I know in this story it's different but you also played with themes here that are very canon to me because Jack is ALWAYS an issue when it comes to Kate's and Sawyer's relationship. I like how things from the show echo in your fic and take on new shades.

Also I was impressed by the extremely powerful wording and the images were so so immanent.

They scatter like grains of sand in the surf.

The last line just blew me away.

Thank you! Although I think psychic sex is kinda kinky, right? ;) And you're right, that's the thing, Jack and Kate and Sawyer are all tied together.

Wow. I sometimes don't know what to say about your fics, because there's something so complete about them. (LOL, I feel like I've said that before, but it's still true.) You're always so subtle, going for one or two stark descriptions that convey the sensory, rather than overwhelming the prose with them. You're good at showing, not telling. And you're so good at getting to the heart of pretty dark and sometimes bewildering emotions in a way that lets us access them without mnaipulating us with them.

God, I don't know if I'm making sense, but I'm trying. What I mean to say: this is fantastic. :)
