Wow. I think you actually succeeded in making me feel sorry for Kate again. No mean feat lately. It's odd to get this from her POV, because it lends this level of coldness to what Jack and Sawyer are doing (because they're almost acting like she isn't there sometimes), but it also makes her the voyeur, watching this impossibly intimate and hot thing happening. She is fascinated enough by it that she can't help but sort of let them use her, which I think is sad but it's absolutely what she would do. Another thing I really like is how you play with the idea of how each man would make love, and there's no easy answer to that for either of them.

Thanks for reading this. I'm sort of amazed I could make anyone feel sorry for Kate. It hadn't really occurred to me that she was letting them use her here, although she is, isn't she.

I actually kind of felt bad for Kate at the end..but really..nope, i didn't because she should know not to come between them..*smile*

But really, if I could think I'd give much better feedback than this..but especially this line..this really toasted my brain..

Jack's hand takes hers, not to encourage but to remove her, but Sawyer's hand closes over Jack's. The three of them, interlocked, working together.

I was toast..I love that while Kate is involved, even she knows her position is precarious.

Love this. It's so fascinating how they're sort of shifting and fitting together in different ways. I went back and reread the first part. Very well done!
