I'm not even going to ask you how you are, because i'm sure I have a pretty good idea.
I'm sorry I didn't owl you sooner, but you'll soon learn the ways of our wild Unspeakable tangents. We really get going on something and it's hard for us to stop.
I think it's safe to say we're feeling about the same right now.

My brain hurts, I'm grumpy, and last night I had a fight with my best mate.
Otherwise, I'm doing really well.
I could use more chocolate, though. Or anything with a high caffeine content. These late nights and early mornings will kill me.

Hey! How would you like to get out of school for a day?
I know the Hogwarts atmosphere can be a bit taxing, sometimes it's good to get away from it for awhile.
We could sit in my office all day and you could work on your school work and training and vent. It's like hitting two birds with one stone!
I'll be mentoring, and you'll be working.
Someimes I astound myself.

That's a beautiful idea, Damien, except it would never work. Do you realise how many notes I would miss, not to mention the nuances of what my professors would go over? And the practical lessons? Both Professors Slughorn and Lupin have very important lessons coming up.
And I get so little time with Terry as it is, so even being in class with him is better than not seeing him at all.
Also I don't think that Professor McGonagall would let me out of classes for a day, not during NEWT year.
