Dear gods! What kind of crack are they putting in that man's water? Not meaning to make light of anything. I simply cannot figure out, short of some sort of radical mental imbalance, how anyone can think such an interpretation can synch with reality.

I watched it on a full stomach. So before I run to the toilet, just let me say: if habeas corpus does not apply to all individuals or all citizens in the US, doesn't that imply that the current government does not consider all current citizens to be citizens? As in, they get to decide who's in and who's out, and they don't have to justify thier decision due to "national security." And note elsewhere in the Constitution where it says the Supreme Court will decide cases between citizens, and that only citizens can become legislators.

Scary. And my stomach cannot stomach any more, excuse me...
