Late delivery from help_haiti

Way back during Round 1 of help_haiti, indiefairy won a set of 10 icons and a banner from me. She was then very understanding when life got in the way and slowed down the delivery of them (by several months... oops). To slightly make up for the delay, and because when I get started I find it hard to stop, instead I have made 15 icons and a banner.
