Book Review: They All Fall Down

They All Fall Down by Tammy Cohen
From the author of ‘The War Of The Wives’, ‘The Broken’ and ‘When She Was Bad’ comes this tale of odd goings on in a psychiatric clinic. Hannah had a normal life, a husband and a job but she did something shocking and now she is locked away. Fellow patients have died and Hannah tries to get people to realise they were murdered. But her solemn warnings are ignored as the staff has a defiant insistence on patronising her and her selfish husband could care less.

Only her mother seems to listen. This is an okay tale of fantasies of the future and how some people can have a perpetrator friendly approach and how anything can be rationalised. There is a double twist ending which works as long as you don’t think about it too hard.
