- Went to ballet class this morning! Verdict: OW. I'm kidding, it wasn't that bad, but it was hard on my hips and ankles. But really fun, and I think it'll be very helpful for dealing with my inflexibility, poor posture, and general unfitness

There's a hatha yoga class, but not much else offered at my rec center, so I might put yoga off until I get a bit fitter or I move.
