only i kind of really want to write the story where jensen ends up getting the role of sam way before jared ever gets cast and whoever it is who gets dean ends up pulling out just as they're filming the (later unaired) pilot and jensen has to play both roles all on his lonesome and then jared comes in and SAVES THE DAY.

... which sounds totally crazy, but really, really isn't! i swear!
