The White Council
The collective name for wizards who use white magic. Lesser spellcasters do not have to join, but the White Council may choose to interfere with them if they decide it's their business. When you have as much power as they do, it's hard to tell them to piss off.
White Council members do not talk about the White Council to "norms." It just isn't done.
The ruling body of the White Council is the High Council, which has seven members. The Merlin is the leader of the High Council. For game purposes, the High Council is spread across the world and if the White Council has a bone to pick with you, it will be done through the intervention of a Warden.
