Wellywood has been steadily releasing production photos of _The Hobbit_'s dwarven cast. Some had beards that I didn't personally think respectable enough for a dwarf. Putting that aside, I'm not sure what to do with this bloke on the right (one Aidan Turner as the young dwarf Kili)

I would have never but "dashing" and "handsome" in the same sentence as "dwarf" unless it was a sentence like: Aragorn is dashing and handsome, while Gimli sports an impressive beard.

lol! That, plus the quiver of arrows makes him look like an elf. Kinda like if you took Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli, sushi-rolled them all together. Mmm, LotRings Roll!

PS: The hobbits weren't quite what I'd pictured either, in LotR. Tolkien always makes them sound so much more... quaint. Not that I didn't like the end result, it just didn't match what I had goin on in my head.
