I definitely feel like this was a successful rec after this comment! Yay! :)

I am a fan of both programs. I liked that, in a scenario where you have a set of characters who have sort-of actual superpowers, and a set who do not, the "Leverage" characters were not understimated in any way.

This was one of my favourite aspects, too. That it didn't get bogged down in the OMG!supernatural!elements! and let there be some startled reaction from the Angel gang about the Leverage way of operating, too.

It did a good job of nailing all the characters. But there are so many characters and relationships to represent. I wanted more of the Parker-Illyria double act. :)

I did not know if I could enjoy Angel Investigations without Wesley, so this fic was definitely up against it in convincing me.
