I gotta say, I found this to be WAY more than borderline bashing of Ziva. I'm not particularly sensitive, but it seemed awfully heavy-handed to me, because you could tell a similar, though obviously not identical, story without going so far.. I'd say that if you have any aversion to bashing, not just a particular sensitivity, you should probably pass.
