Wow, what an awesome surprise! Especially since this is probably the longest story I've written yet.

It's actually also here at LJ, on my "other fic" page, and it's lovely to read this rec since I just stumbled across someone else's "abandoned, hated it" review a second ago.

The fic is definitely different from other stories in the fandom; to me that's a plus, but maybe for some other folks it's a negative?

At any rate, I quite enjoyed it:) Thanks for the fic!

It was a really loopy concept, but that's what the Sweet Charity requester wanted, so that's what she got. And boy, did it have legs- 8,000 words worth!

The other person felt it was OOC and that the dialogue was awful, which is irreconcilable when the story is dialogue-heavy. You either think it's in character or you don't. I feel that it still is, were John and Matt ever to find themselves in that trainwreck of a situation, but not everyone will agree.

In any case, I'm so glad you enjoyed it and I hope it brought you some fun. :)
