I am not that much into HP, but I have got a friend, but she is rather selective about dubcon stuff.

The dubcon refers to the main pairing because Scorpius becomes a vampire and acquires some new "powers". Some might think the Harry/Scorpius has a bit of a dubcon element to it due to Scorpius' vampiric traits, but Scorpius and Harry's "thing" really happened long before Scorpius got turned.
