The "esquire" juts killed me. And, for the record, Remus makes an excellent point. Fruit MUST be balanced with cream in a dessert.

Didn't Remus show Sirius how to get into the kitchens? Or are these delectable sweets going to be made by Sirius? If that's the case, I'd run. Never know what Sirius is planning on putting in there with the custard and fruit...
