Sending you so much love, Melissa. *hugs* This is definitely not your fault and she was so loved and cared for, even at the end. I know that brought her comfort, even when she was pushing you away when you tried to give her the meds.
I do think that talking to a therapist would help you work through the guilt and grief. Do you have an Employee Assistance Program through work? Our EAP at the library gives us 3 free therapy sessions and it's completely confidential, so your employer has no idea that you're using it. They help you find someone so you only have to make one phone call instead of several to all different places to find out of they're taking new patients.
