So, I seem to have managed to post every day for 35 days straight, which is something I don't think I've done since the very start of this journal, when I was busy transferring my completed fic to LJ. I'd say it's thanks to the 30 Day meme, but I actually managed to make two or three posts on most days, so it's not just that. Anyway, let's see how ( Read more... )

I did the same thing as you with Southland Tales. I'm all, oh good, SMG! But then I was sad because it was terrible.
but anyway. Yes! You should see all the Sondheim shows you possibly can. I just saw (as in, like two hours ago) the Sondheim review on broadway called Sondheim on Sondheim and it has videos of him and Vanessa Williams and Barbara Cook and it made me very happy. not that that's incredibly relevant but I'm just trying to share in your unironical musical love. =) last night we saw A Little Night Music with Angela Lansbury and Catherine Zeta-Jones which was also totally fantastic. so I guess it was just a whole trip full of Sondheim. hee

I have A Little Night Music and Sunday in the Park with George in my queue.

I've seen Gypsy, West Wide Story (they both count even if he only did the lyrics, right?), Sweeney Todd, and Pacific Overtures. And Into the Woods, of course, so I guess I have seen a fair amount, lol. I want to see Assassins but it's not available on Netflix.

I'm rather glad I just quit. I used to not be able to do that - I'd watch till the end no matter how bad it was, but now I'm learning to just let it go. :)
