Thanks! Weird creepy thing - I also posted this entry on my personal blog, and a Comcast rep REPLIED to it, saying they were sorry they couldn't get someone out sooner, and to contact them to see if we could get it pushed up. I mean, I appreciate the effort, but seriously, someone from Comcast is reading my personal blog and responding to complaints? I feel like I need to be more careful about what I say now...

Heh, and to make matters worse, we had a power outage yesterday that knocked out the internet all last night and this morning. I went to slaymesoftly's for lunch today, and I think she expected me to be gnawing my fingers off and offered to let me check my email on her computer. :) But it's up and running again, so all is well.
