Fantastic! Spot on characterization, it just hits the right note for Season 6 thus far. I wish for Cas (and Dean's sake) he could stay, because they both want it so much. I love Dean's want for Castiel to be there, to answer the call, to not picking up the waitress, and trying to bury the feelings when he thinks Cas won't show. It's subtle and SO DEAN because it isn't mushy and isn't fully detailed. You have to read between the lines, like always with Dean, so it works perfectly.

Mm, this story just sums up everything I love about Dean/Cas. All that underlying tension and want and anger, but also caring.
