Same! It's kinda cold out. I do usually like this weather but not right after 3 days of 70ish sunny weather.

It's April. This is what April normally does. Its the last three days, while very very nice, that were weird.

It's like they always used to say when I was a kid: "Welcome to Seattle. If you don't like the weather, wait ten minutes." Weather is usually only actually this changeable at higher altitudes. I remember being advised to carry clothes for conditions ranging from snow to rain to sun at all times while backpacking in the mountains... but we're having a wacky year. Hell, I'm used to the gloom and *I'm* jonesing for sun.

Do you use a full spectrum light? They can really help with the SAD.

Yeah, I've got a light like that...I just wish it wasn't necessary.

I swear, I've lived here something like fourteen years; I must be barking mad to have stayed with SAD as powerful as mine.
