Went rollerblading. Took advantage of the weather, hopped a bus to the U-District, and went down the Burke-Gilman Trail on the ol' 'blades.

Don't let the bod fool you...I'm carrying around at least 20 pounds more than I probably should, (I used to weigh in at about 155; now I'm just under 180) but that's actually the least of it.
What I really mean when I say I'm out of shape is how much physical activity I can perform without going all wheezy and tired. Right now, the answer is, "Not a whole lot."
I used to be in great shape; I played Lazer Tag every week and that was hours of running around. Now...now I can barely do an hour of Ultimate Frisbee without feeling way tired by the end of it.
So when I say I'm out of shape, I don't mean that I'm a big ol' chub--even those extra pounds don't make me look fat--but rather that I can't sustain prolonged exercise for very long. And I'd like to get that back...hence the rollerblading. If this weather holds out, I'm goin' back out there tomorrow...

Is, um...that the part of the parade you wanted to be in, or were you thinking of a more clothed capacity?
