I get overwhelmed by the array of choices and the heated debates about how to eat healthy, whether it matters, WHAT matters. There are so many choices and so many heated debates. First debate is what it's okay to eat: omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, "seagan", nothing with nipples, no land animals, only raw, high fiber, low fat, low carb,, etc.

Also scary chemicals do scary things to my body.
Real food, cooked in real ways, in moderation, seems to be a good, but mightily expensive food plan around here.

The more local and seasonal the foods are, the less is needed to make them taste good. Simple let's them shine.
