This is so cool. I love growing organic vegetables, and I'm pretty mediocre at it. You will make them sprout and grow like mad with all your earthy goodness.

The Laurel Meat market has grass fed beef and free range chicken. The lady/owner there will answer any questions about the sources of all there other meats. As important to me, they are reasonable prices and in some selections, cheaper than a Whole Foods (for the meats that I would typically purchase at WF)
