Habits
I'm hoping that a more methodical start for Year of Transformation, Take 2 will help me stick with it longer.  Toward that end, I've started working on habits one at a time.  I'm opting not to follow the recommendation of adding one new habit every week or month--I'm adding a new habit when I think I'm ready.  So I'm currently working on ( Read more... )

This is an amazing manifesto for positive change, complete with tools. I love it, and feel priviledged to be able to witness it as you begin.
