I like doing my comics, but they take an awful lot of time (as it looks now, they'll take one full afternoon every week! -_-) but the thing with self-assigned work is that you can always put it off, because you should sleep, or take a shower, or make more fun avatars, or just because you don't feel to right now... but I agree, everyone should have 24 hours free time a day, to do whatever they wanted. That's what I think too.
