Your town is twice as big as mine, and we can recycle all sorts of stuff here. You should have no problem. I don't know how far the first recycling center on that list is from you, but it says you can recycle aluminum cans, steel cans, tin cans, all types of glass, plastic #1, plastic #2, and newspaper.
The one called "SWA - Northeast 2nd Street and Northeast 3rd Avenue Drop-Off Site" also accepts cardboard, magazines, phonebooks, computer paper, etc.
Hope you find out what you need and enjoy recycling. I've been recycling like crazy the past few months, and you really notice how much you used to throw away. I'd honestly say I probably recycle over half of what I used to throw away.

Or, have a central collection point - or put out flyers and go door-to-door on trash collection eve. Then take it to the local recycler:
