I love your awesome "Clay" voice here! Dicks shriveling up and SO wrong when he understands what BFF means and so on and so forth. And the thing that isn't but it is and he has to obsess about it... Yeah.

So many guys get written as girls-writing-guys-the-way-girls-wish-guys-really-were; this is wonderfully refreshingly GUY, with heart and soul and maybe even sparkly pink hearts and purring cougar kittens after Jensen gets hold of the screensaver.

Very much looking forward to the rest--and SO holding out for you to write the story of the Georgia prison experience. Jensen wants to share it, you know he does. ;-)

i often get accused of being a dude anyway (comes from growing up a tomboy and working in a primarily man!field - its all very manly XP)
so i like writing guy!persepctive :)

i am planning on something more focused on jensen and cougar, which is kind of this fic from a different POV - IDEK if i should really try it, it sounds like a lazy idea - but if all goes to plan georgia will get more mention.

Hee! I used to write in a fandom where the characters were mostly firefighters, and Oh, did I get frustrated with girly!Guys. I live in house full of guys, and have a ton of brothers-in-law and I grew up a tomboy, so, yeah, I understand that whole thing. (Though for me, the belly dancing kind of stopped the accusations of tomboyness. ;-)

It's not a lazy idea, it's exploring further iterations of a good idea! *g* Though I will have to admit that in part it's the Cougar!whump that grabs my attention. Jensen's almost too easy of a woobie; I would love to see more of the fandom writing other characters getting whumped and Jensen talking through all of it.

i have to admit, i love jensen!whumpage (i am a terrible person XP)
i am also discovering that writing in cougars POV/ a dude that doesnt talk much is really fucking hard - i'm having a lot of trouble working out if i have his voice right
(i play better with zany and manic because its a personality i fit into better)

but yes girly!guys, i dont want sighing and fluttering of eyelashes, i want quick cheeky grins and knowing looks and bumping each other with elbows.
