Lost in Kinross and Far Away in Fey Wood

Saturday, Gavin and I visited the island of Loch Leven Castle, accessible only by ferry. This island is located scarcely twenty minutes from Abernethy, and we deemed it a lovely last adventure, given that I will be flying back to the states on Wednesday.

on the bright side, at least it was'nt grey, rainy, and an average september temperature.....

oh, and give gav a poke in the ribs and say I've got some plaaaaans to discusss with him (and yourself, visas permitting, by the time it's ready) sometime, involving living history and all that shiny stuff. :)
