I open up a Google tab to search for something.
Then I switch back to another tab and get involved in other stuff.
Then I go back, and there is the blank Google tab, taunting me.
WHAT WAS I GOING TO SEARCH FOR? IT WAS OBVIOUSLY VERY IMPORTANT. SO IMPORTANT THAT I MADE IT ALL THE WAY TO THE STEP OF ACTUALLY OPENING A TAB FOR IT.
WHAT IS IT?

I also have a talent for accidentally opening new windows and forgetting all about the old ones and coming back to the first window, like, five hours later, and being all "Oh crap I meant to respond to that email!"

The more tabs you have open, the more stuff you can do at once!

There's also that awkward moment when you have SO MANY TABS OPEN that you fear for your computer's safety. But then naturally you just open more tabs.

But I do run both AOL & Firefox at the same time, which. Yeah. My computer is not a fan of that.

It was like the brain equivalent of the forgotten google tab. Which just makes me long for the day when we're all cyborgs and can actually google search our own brains.

Have I told you that I really, really, really want robots to be the new craze that's in everything, a la vampires or zombies? Because I do, I want it so bad.
